Earlier this year we had the pleasure of talking all things food, events and styling with Biz Events Asia at one of our gorgeous venues, the Richmond Rowing Club.
At Cnk we’re mad about great food and showing you a good time.
When El from Biz Events Asia told us he’s going to be in town and would like to showcase one of our venues, our food and our styling, we got very excited.
Cnk’s managing director Khrissy Visscher talked to El about the importance of making sure that our events are not only seamless, but that the food is outstanding and most importantly, memorable.
With the help of some of our suppliers, we put together a gorgeous table setting at the Richmond Rowing Club, while our executive chef Nigel Stainwall cooked some of his beautiful dishes.
Some of the dishes featured were the Steak Frites, the Confit Duck Leg and the Rhubarb Eton’s Mess.
Nigel also prepared his famous Tea Smoked Kingfish with Pickled Watermelon, his Opera Gateau and stunning Heirloom Vegetables.
